Question WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE OR DAMAGE THE BAG?
AnswerIf by some crazy wild chance that your hire bag is lost, stolen, damaged or replaced with a fake copy bag, the full cost of the bag and or repairs to the bag will be charged to you as per our terms conditions and policies agreement.
Whilst the bag is in your possession, (during your hire booking period, (including postal times) you are responsible for the care and safety of that bag – hence never lend it or hire it out to someone else as it remains your sole responsibility during the hire period and any misfortune that happens lies entirely with you.

Question HOW SHOULD I CLEAN THE BAG IF I MARK/STAIN/DAMAGE IT?
AnswerSTOP!!

Please do NOT use any cleaning products, or attempt to wipe, scrub, dry clean or spot stain and definitely do NOT attempt to repair the bag.

Simply advise Hire Society Handbags Co prior to returning your hired bag to us, of any marks and or other damage and leave the rest to us!
