Question WHEN BOOKING THE BAG FOR HIRE DO I NEED TO SHOW ID?
AnswerYes, to book any of our luxurious designer handbags you will need to upload a photo of both the front and back of your drivers licence. If you are not over 18 then we require you to have a parent do this on your behalf. Also you are required to upload a photo of either a bank statement or a utility bill that is under 3 months old and clearly shows your name and address – simple!
Question IF I NEED A BAG FOR SATURDAY WHAT DAYS WOULD I NEED TO BOOK IT OUT FOR?
AnswerIf you require a bag for a Saturday/Sunday event please book it out from Friday through until Monday (this is our weekend hire schedule) on the booking calendar. Monday will then be your return date so please ensure that you deliver it back in person over the counter to your chosen Australia Post Outlet before 12pm. We also send you a friendly text message reminder on your due for return morning …. Easy!
Question WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM HIRE DURATION?
AnswerYou can hire our gorgeous handbags for as long as you want! Just send us your preferred dates via email – simple!

You can also book out your chosen glamour handbag for up to one year in advance perfect for that extra special holiday!

Question CAN I EXTEND MY BOOKING?
AnswerYes extending your booking is easy! As long as the bag you have selected is not already booked out on the dates you wish to extend your hire to.

Question DO YOU ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS OR BOOKING CHANGES?
AnswerPlease advise us as soon as possible if you need to amend or cancel your booking via our email – info.hshco@gmail.com

If you have booked a bag and wish to change your selected dates and the bag has NOT been dispatched you will not be charged a fee. However If the bag has been dispatched you will incur the already agreed upon hire cost.

Sorry we dont accept cancellation/change of mind refunds but we are always happy to assist with booking date changes where possible….

Question IS THERE A SECURITY FEE CHARGED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING?
AnswerHire Society Handbags Co secures a fee that is automatically debited from your card at the time of booking. This security fee is held to ensure the bag is returned, that its returned on time, undamaged and or for late return and cancellation fees that may be incurred. The security fee is then refunded back onto your card once the handbag is safely back to Hire Society Handbags Co.
