We also offer an exclusive same day delivery service within 10Kms of Melbournes CBD for only $60.00 one way if booked with us prior to 7am on the expected delivery day and of course if the bag is available.

Question HOW IS THE BAG DELIVERED TO ME?
AnswerYour gorgeous handbag will arrive in an Australia Post Express Business box. It will be safely packed in its Hire Society Handbags Co dust bag inside its shipping box along with a pre-labelled Australia Post Sticker for its repacking and secure return on your selected return date.

Question WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN THE BAG ARRIVES?
AnswerDont worry! If you aren’t available to sign for the delivery from Australia Post they will leave you a “Collection Card” with all of the details, including which Australia Post Outlet you need to attend to collect your handbag – please remember to take your photo I.D along with you and to keep the receipt for tracking. All return bags need tracking and sign on delivery from Australia Post and these are then required to be txt to HSHCo as proof of postage.

Question WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CUT OFF TIMES TO BOOK AND SHIP MY CHOSEN BAG?

To receive your bag for a weekend event please book it out on the calendar from Friday until Monday (its return date prior to 12pm Monday)

Melbourne Metro Shipping – 2 days prior to the event date

For a weekend event in Melbourne Metro please ensure you have booked out your chosen dates on the calendar Friday through to Monday, at least 2 days prior to the event so you receive your bag on the Friday eg: place the order with us before 12pm on Wednesday and your bag should arrive on Friday.

Regional Victoria – 3 days prior (Place your order before 12pm Tuesday)

Queensland, South Australia and New South Wales Metro – 3 days prior (Place your order before 12pm Tuesday)

Perth & Tasmania – please allow 4 days prior (place your order before 12pm Monday)

As times vary from State to State please check with YOUR local Australia Post Office Outlet to confirm shipping estimates for your zone.
