AnswerCarefully place the bag back into its Hire Society Handbags Co dust bag, then repack it bag into the Australia Post Express Business Box that you received it in at the time of delivery and place the return delivery address sticker onto the front of the box – Simple!!

Simply Hand deliver the package over the counter to your chosen Australia Post Outlet (never into a street post box) where you will be given a receipt with a tracking number – trackable via the Australia Post website. Please retain this receipt as proof of postal return and for your benefit being able to track your handbags safe return to Hire Society Handbags Co – easy!

Question WHAT IF I MISS THE RETURN DATE?
AnswerWe send you a friendly txt reminder on the morning of the return date so it will be super hard to forget! However if this should happen you will be charged $60.00 every day until the bag is safely returned back to Hire Society Handbags Co.

Question WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE OR DAMAGE THE BAG?
AnswerIf by some crazy chance the bag is lost, stolen, damaged or replaced with a fake copy bag the full cost of the bag/repairs to the bag will be charged to you as per our terms and conditions agreement.
Whilst the bag is in your possession, during your hire booking period, you are responsible for the care and safety of that bag – hence never lend it or hire it out to someone else as it remains your sole responsibility during the hire period.

Question HOW SHOULD I CLEAN THE BAG IF IT HAS ANY NEW MARKS/STAINS/DAMAGE?
AnswerSTOP!!

Please do NOT use any cleaning products, or attempt to wipe, scrub, dry clean or spot stain and definitely do NOT attempt to repair the bag.

Simply advise Hire Society Handbags Co prior to returning your bag to us, of any marks and or other damage and leave the rest to us!
